This role reports to the HRBP, Customer Service and will provide operational and administrative support to our HR Department. Support daily processes and work functions of the HR Department for the CS office. Ensure all activities are executed upon with the highest level of care and customer service.

Essential Functions

• Assisting the HRBP/Sr. HR Director with various tasks related to recruitment, on-boarding, data entry, payroll, reporting and employee relations.
• Proactively supporting the daily responsibilities related to the facilities function, such as scheduling maintenance and repairs, ordering and distributing office supplies, remedying employee concerns about the workplace, and processing related invoices.
• Ensuring employee compliance to corporate and local office policies.
• Assisting in planning and execution of activities and initiatives to support and engage employees within the Customer Service office.
• Fielding,directing,and providing answers to employee questions while providing exceptional customer service in all interactions.
• Making time-off updates and adjustments to Timekeeper to ensure accurate payroll
• Maintaining accuracy of the Replicon Time Off system.
• Maintaining Customer Service organizational charts.
• Serving as backup receptionist during vacations and other time off, as needed
• Performing various projects, tasks or duties as needed or assigned.


• Experience sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment.
• Ability to manage functions with little guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all workplace and HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
• Experience with Peoplesoft, ATS, timekeeping systems, and web-based time-off programs strongly preferred

Position Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of HR experience
