Description

This role reports to the Sr. HR Manager and will provide administrative and operational support to our HR Department. Support daily process and work functions of the HR Department for the NY Digital office. Ensure all activities are executed upon with the highest level of care and customer service.

Essential Functions

• Assisting with various tasks including writing job descriptions, posting, sourcing qualified candidates through ATS, phone screens, and interview scheduling.
• Produce electronic offer material for all new hires including pre-hire reference checks and background checks.
• Prepare new hire orientation material for Employees, ownership over Temps and Interns.
• Process new hire paperwork and personnel files to ensure compliance with required documentation.
• Responsible for placement of temps and preparing contracts for new temps and Conduct orientation for all new temps.
• Maintain data in PeopleSoft including data entry and reporting.
• Oversee all requisitions in ATS and follow up to obtain necessary approvals.
• Participate in planning and execution of activities and initiatives to support and engage employees within the New York office, including but not limited to: Take Your Child to Work Day, JP Morgan Corporate Chase Challenge, Flu Shots, Year-End/Holiday events, service award recognition program and other training events.
• Fielding, answering, directing, providing answers to employee question – providing exceptional customer services in all interactions.
• Various Human Resources projects, tasks or duties as needed or assigned. Support of other HRBP clients as needed or assigned.
• Sort all incoming mail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion in all work place and HR matters.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
