Description

The coordinator will support the marketing department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The coordinator will be managing team calendars, deadlines and deliverables, improving and streamlining communication between the team, merchant groups and cross-functional partners including store operations and digital. The coordinator will serve as the lead in managing the merchant group samples and preparing samples for photo shoots and creative product reviews for email and direct mail.

Essential Functions

• Provide administrative support to the Marketing team (e.g., marketing campaigns, email, direct mail)
• Set up, schedule meetings and book conference rooms as needed.
• Manage samples and maintain/create an organization system for photo shoots and marketing campaigns, including direct mail and email. This includes tracking and management of the systems.
• Actively participate in the product review meetings
• Be the main point person for inquiries from the merchant groups and other departments
• Run the Marketing Gallery – ensuring samples are ready for review and the room is inclusive of the latest visuals and campaign calendars – updating Weekly
• Support the teams in advertising deadlines and campaigns
• Assist in email and direct mail campaigns as needed
• Assist in the monthly billing process and keep track of invoices
• Manage the contracts process and organizational system
• Assist teams on an ad hoc basis when a special printing job is required
• Assist with ad hoc administrative needs

Qualifications

• Interactive marketing experience (internship or full time position)
• Interest in direct-to-consumer business, consumer behavior
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a team environment
• Ability to effectively network and leverage internal and external groups
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft programs, particularly in Word, Excel and Power Point
• BA/BS, or equivalent experience, in a related field
