The Occupancy Lease Audit Accountant is able to understand and interpret commercial leases. Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and journal entries.

Essential Functions

• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare monthly variance analysis
• Prepare forecasts monthly/quarterly
• Prepare annual budgets
• Aid in the preparation and support required by Internal and External Audit


• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in auditing and payables
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• A strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targeted objectives
• Highly analytical independent worker who is conscientious and focused
• Aptitude for follow-up and persistence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
