Description

We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team to provide hands-on support for recruiting of warehouse talent for our peak season. This individual must have a passion for recruiting. This passion must include sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus!

Essential Functions

•Engage and attract candidates on job boards and social media
•Build a robust and continuous stream of talent supply
•Act as an ambassador of the brand and promote our Core Values culture
•Strong team player
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interpret one’s experience, qualifications and skill-set
•Perform support level responsibilities including job postings, scheduling, interviewing, reference checking, pre-boarding and file preparation
•Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
•Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition/Recruiting or HR position preferred
•Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems – supporting, administration and reporting (preferably Taleo or Brass Ring)
•Excellent writing and proofreading skills
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-level customer service to our clients
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) skill preferred
